Robert Roy

Robert worked as a Registered Nurse for over thirty-five years in New Brunswick among others, as a Nurse Navigator in radiation therapy at the Dr. Léon-Richard Oncology Centre, helping patients and families cope with challenges surrounding a cancer diagnosis, treatment, and management of side-effects. As of 2023, Robert enjoys retirement!
In 2003, Robert began his journey with energetic healing modalities, mostly Healing Touch, to favor his own well being. Since then, he has integrated energy work to all aspects of his personal and professional life. As a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner (2006) and Healing Touch Instructor (2018), Qualified Mentor (2020), Robert helps people cope with their circumstances by sharing knowledge on health questions such as cancer, pain management, stress, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and palliative care at end of life.
He held various positions on the Healing Touch Canadian Association board (2008-2012) and is a reader for the Healing Touch Program, reviewing work submitted by Healing Touch Practitioner Apprentices of the program, prior to Level 5. Robert also offers bilingual mentoring services for students and practitioners of the Healing Touch Program.
Robert also works with students of the Healing Touch Program by actively participating in monthly activities, practice groups; coordinates classes in his area, hosts weekend Healing Touch workshops on ways to incorporate energy healing in day-to-day lifestyle to support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.
He has a Healing Touch practice in his home in Rogersville, New Brunswick, where he lives with his wife Murielle and their little dog Cooper.
